My first order of stim free PreWorkout. I’ve used a few days and had good results. Good prep for a heavy workout.

Pre-work out is awesome. Protein has a very low amount of protein per serving. Will most likely not purchase that item again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our products! So, the protein is actually a designer protein for those on Keto or low carb diets. It is cutting edge because the science now shows that 6.25g of protein + 5g Leucine is equivalent to 24g of protein for muscle building synthesis! As you may know, if you eat too much protein per day, your body gets thrown out of ketosis. Keto diets are great for losing weight, but terrible for building muscle (as you need protein to do this). We've found a loop whole... this product will help you burn fat, while at the same time build muscle (as much as you would by taking 24g of whey protein).
