Great products, but it would be nice to have free shipping overseas for those who buy above 99€, not just for domestic orders.

Hi Ivo, Thank you so much for your feedback. We completely understand how expensive shipping overseas can be, and we are working on trying to find international distribution in Europe. In the meantime, please use promo code: UK25 for 25% off certain products. Hopefully, this will help a bit.
I sent 2 messages via instant chat, 2 separate emails and left a phone message yesterday. I have not received one single response back from anyone. I never received my 25% off coupon on my first order so was trying to get it applied to my second order. When I decided to just go ahead and purchase the item anyways even without a response, the item in my cart was sold out.

Hi Karen, I see you spoke to our call center yesterday. After reviewing your order, it seems you left an item in your cart during a pre sale. Promo codes only work on regular purchases, and special sales and discounted items are not applicable. You’re welcome to use your code towards regular purchases.
ordered on the 11th, it is now the 25th of October and still no product.

Hi Daniel, I see you’ve ordered a ‘pre sale’ item. It stated that product would not ship until October 21st on the sale page. USPS typically takes 2-5 business days depending on where you are in the U.S. I see the package is on its way, and will be delivered next Tuesday. We always ship orders out with in a 24 hour basis as soon as it’s receive from our manufacturers. Hopefully, this offers clarification on why you have not received it yet.
Customer service is outstanding! One does not typically see this level of customer engagement. Keep up the great work. Warm Regards, Edward

Products probably deserve a 5. However the point system is terrible. You can only use one code at a time and not with another code. I’ve made multiple purchases and can only use $5 at a time. Most of the time you have a coupon code which would save more money so they are really useless.

Hi Matt, thank you for sending your feedback, and so happy to hear you're loving the products. Unfortunately, it's not the point system, its Shopify that does not allow more than one coupon to be used at once. That being said, our team will look in to an app that might be able to let our customers combined their points with discount codes.
