Thank you so much for your feedback. I checked on your order, and it left our warehouse with in 24 hrs of ordering it. USPS takes approximately 2-5 business days depending where you are in the U.S., but unfortunately, once it leaves the U.S. it's completely our of our control. Being that we are in N.Y., not surprised it took a longer to arrive, but we agree 2 weeks is too long. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please never hesitate to reach out to us.

Hi Gregg, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be do lose a product from your cart. It sounds like you tried to buy Dopa Rush as a pre order, and we sold out in 3 minutes! We have increased our runs since the product became an overnight success. We do not foresee this being a problem in the future.
