i had a biopsy and no one called with my results. I had to call numerous times and it took 1 month to hear back. I really like the nurse practitioner who i saw though and the staff is incredibly nice.

Terrific, professional and very direct but personal.

I’ve seen Dr. Bettencourt over a period of 15 years. She is highly skilled and extremely professional. Her office is a well run, efficient organization. She and her capable staff make going to the doctor an (almost) pleasant experience.

Your going to have to wait a few days to see the Dermatologist but it’s worth the wait. She is awesome!! Makes you feel very comfortable to say anything and she’s listening to you all the time.

Appreciated the time the doctor took with us and explaining things thoroughly
