The device does not hold a charge nor does it stay connected to bluetooth, I guess that’s why you don’t buy cheap devices.

I’ve received my Eartune Fidelity Custom-Fit Eartips, and so far, I’m very happy with them. Based on my experience and what I’ve read in the other reviews, they live up to expectations. The fit is excellent, they’re comfortable, and they do a great job of staying securely in place. They do stick out a little more than expected, though. Let’s just say they look a bit like I’ve left the car doors open. But honestly, that’s a small price to pay for such a good, secure fit. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a more personalized fit. Comfort and performance win over a little extra ear real estate.

The website is easy to manage, the shipping was free, and the package tracking was simple! You never know how hard it's going to be to order from a site like this, but it was top notch!
