resolved issues

Hello, Jacob! The promotional bonus was part of a limited-time campaign and was valid for 24 hours after being credited to the account. We understand, however, that by the time you noticed it, the bonus had already expired. To make things right, we made an exception and credited the full bonus amount to your main balance, where it can be used without the original promotional restrictions. We hope this solution addressed your concerns and met your expectations.
UPDATED REVIEW: They reached out, accepted they made a mistake, apologized, and gave me a $100 credit. I loved everything about the platform, especially the filtering options and was ready to start buying links before experiencing this issue. Now that it's resolved, I believe they deserve the 5 stars now. OLD REVIEW: Racists! They blocked PayPal and card payments on my account for no reason. When I contacted them, they said my IP is associated with a blocked account, but I've only ever had one Adsy account, so this means they did what they did just because I'm from Africa. I explained to them that I only have one account but they never replied again. I did a test and opened a new account with similar details and PayPal/card payments were blocked right off the bat. Then I did another test and opened a new account with similar details but used a US VPN this time, and I'm able to deposit via PayPal and card. It's been over a week and the new account opened with a US IP is still fully functional. They're racists! It's plain and clear.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns and for updating your review. We sincerely appreciate your time and trust.
I'm a webmaster who sold my first guest post through Adsy. On June 2nd, I received an official withdrawal notification: $95 debited from my balance, transfer initiated. 27 days later — nothing in my PayPal. Two payment windows missed (June 5–10, June 20–25). Three support tickets. Three identical copy-paste responses. Request #586983 is still "being processed." If this is how Adsy treats publishers on the first payment, I have to wonder: is this a delay, or just how it works? Note for buyers: if publishers don't get paid, links get removed. Think about that before placing your next order.

Hello Andrii, We've reviewed your case with our Billing team. The original withdrawal was declined during processing. The most common causes include: - PayPal rejecting the payment due to account limitations, verification, or receiving restrictions. - A temporary PayPal or payment processor issue (risk checks or a technical error). - Currency or country restrictions. At this point, the funds have already been returned to your Adsy balance, and the next step is to submit a new withdrawal request. You can also try to use a different PayPal account to avoid similar issue in future.
