Long time customer. These folks try to do everything to make it right. I will buy from them whenever I need a part for my ‘90 300SE. Reliable and courteous staff.

Ordered a part on Oct. 23, 2018. Was told the part was shipped on the 26 of October, 2018. After a week, had not received the order. Then I got the run-a-round for three days before they finally told me the part was being shipped to their Indiana location and would be shipped to me. Customer service was horrible. Treated me like they were doing me a favor by taking almost three weeks to process my order. Never again.

I ordered a used part for my 1978 Mercedes and I got it was in good shape and at a fare price. If I need anything more parts I will order from them again. Thank you from Fred in Meridian Idaho
