I needed assistance with special lenses, which I found much easier to do via phone than the ADS web site. Then my order was delayed due a broken frame at the optical lab. For both issues, I found the telephone support to be excellent and the email updates prompt.

My purchases have been of the highest quality. ADS has been exceptionally accommodating with any prescription problems due to goggle shape or issues with the product itself. I will definitely purchase products again from them in the future.

I ordered a pair of prescription cycling glasses, and a tryout pair to see how the frame would fit. They were extremely quick in getting both pairs to me and the quality of the work is outstanding. I am truly impressed.

We bought our daughter prescription sunglasses. This was a very important purchase for us since she plays competitive tennis and has never been able to wear contacts. She always wanted to wear a pair of wrap-style sunglasses to help her with her light sensitivity, especially on the court, but she was always told that style wouldn't work for her because her prescription was too strong. I started researching about the newer technologies capable of making stronger prescriptions in this type of lens and came across the ADS site. My 3 favorite things about this company are: 1) Easy to navigate and informative website!! It had a lot of in-depth info on how the technology worked, but it was written very simply so it was easy to understand. I like to really know what I am getting and what I can expect out of my purchase, so this was great for me to be able to have most of my questions answered right away. 2) AMAZING customer service!! I did have a couple of questions and things I wanted clarified before making this big purchase. I am very visual, so I wanted to be able to look at the answers, so I emailed the link for prescription lens questions. Dave got back to me the same day with my answers, which left me with some new questions. He continually sent back very helpful answers in less than a day and did not make me feel like I was over-analyzing or bothering him. Even after we got the glasses and I had a couple of questions, he responded right away. 3) Great product, and very reasonably priced!! I knew this would be a very expensive purchase, so we wanted it done right so it would last for a long time. My daughter is so happy with the sunglasses. She can see perfectly throughout the wrap-style lens, even with her difficult purchase. I checked around and other companies were going to charge me more for less accurate technology, or told me it couldn't be done. And, I love that ADS guarantees the prescription accuracy to 1/100th of a diopter, which beats industry standards by A LOT!!! This was the most comfortable I have ever been spending this much money on 1 item, thanks to ADS.

I ordered RX lenses in Native Silencer frames. Apparently they didn't pass internal inspection and were sent back for re-do prior to being shipped out to me. And when they finally shipped, my address was incomplete on the label so the box was returned to ADS as undeliverable and had to be re-shipped. All this added another week to the delay. While I appreciated the quality control, it took over a month before I ultimately got my glasses. However, in the end, I am pleased with the glasses, which are my first pair of prescription sunglasses.

I've tried to find Rx sport eyewear for years and my options are very limited from my optometrist. ADS was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect frame (I ordered some online to test and also visited the store to test more). The turn around time for making my glasses was less than 2 days! I was able to pick them up in time for my 100 mile bike ride and they worked out perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
