The Madrinan Playground™ is a thinking lab for business owners who work with AI. It is a brand of Alineata LLC, founded by Adriana Madrinan in Florida.Everyone is learning to use AI. Few are learning to think with it. That difference is the whole point of our work. Through interactive games, decision rooms and strategy structures, business owners train how they think with AI, and walk away clearer, with decisions they can stand behind, not with generic advice.Adriana Madrinan is an AI and business model innovation strategist and speaker. She came to strategy from industrial design, which is why she sees businesses, and minds, as systems: she maps them, connects them, and redesigns them so the parts work together. For more than ten years she has worked alongside business owners across the United States and Latin America, after fifteen years inside corporate America, designing businesses ready for the future. We work three ways. With individual business owners, through the Playground: interactive games, decision rooms and strategy structures. With organizations such as funds, chambers, and accelerators, helping their teams serve their portfolio better with AI. And with executives and leadership teams, one-on-one or as a group, in English and in Spanish.Business models age. So does thinking. We train the thinking.

Thank you. Learning more about your own business is the whole point, and it is the part you keep after the course ends. Regards, Adriana
What a phenomenal opportunity and challenge it was to use The Madrinan Playground and have my companion Brain guide me through the process. You have to use your thinking skills in order to retrieve great results. The questions made you dig deep to understand your business the leaks that are withholding your growth, and ways to implement them in order to get a great outcome. Adriana returned with a powerful AI tool that was like a strategist. Brain asked me questions and I too asked Brain questions just to get his feedback. The great thing about the tool is how in depth it takes you to bridge the gaps, solve the missing puzzle, I truly appreciate Adriana even more for creating this atmosphere to keep going in your business with the proper resources but more importantly, to think. Thank you Adriana, See you soon. Gasline

Gasline, thank you for this. You named the hardest part yourself: the results came from your thinking, not from the tool. Most people expect the opposite, and that expectation is what keeps them stuck. Asking your own questions back was the part that mattered. That is when it stops being a tool and starts being a counterpart. See you soon. Regards, Adriana
I’ve really enjoyed my experience working with Adriana so far. What stands out to me is that she isn’t simply teaching you how to use AI—she is teaching you how to think differently with it. I’ve been working with one of the AI tools she developed, and I have to congratulate her on the depth of the work behind it. These are not copy-and-paste prompts or generic AI exercises. There is a real methodology behind the way the AI has been trained to challenge your thinking, ask better questions, and help you gain clarity around your business and strategy. I’ve even started experimenting with the tool beyond its original purpose, asking questions and taking it in directions it probably wasn’t specifically designed for, and it continues to surprise me. That, to me, says a lot about how thoughtfully these tools have been built. Adriana is an incredibly strategic AI and business advisor. She has a way of asking the right questions, shifting my perspective, and helping me see my business and my decisions more clearly. If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur looking to use AI for more than just generating content or getting quick answers, her approach is completely different—and incredibly valuable.

Andrea, the line I keep rereading is that you pushed the tool past what it was built for and it kept up. That part was you, not the tool. Thank you for naming the difference between using AI and thinking with it, because that is the entire point. Adriana
Una experiencia extraordinaria, super recomendado y recomendable! Gracias!

Gracias por escribir. Me alegra que el Pitch Room te haya servido: ese era el punto, que salieras con tu pitch armado con tus palabras y no con las de la máquina. Y gracias por recomendarlo, eso ayuda más de lo que crees. Adriana
It made me think about my business model in a different way, and helped me ask questions that answered real problems in the launch of my business.

Response from The Madrinan Playground™ by Adriana Madrinan· Aug 25, 2026
Felipe, that line stayed with me: it helped you ask the questions. That was always the point. The answers were going to be yours anyway, because it's your launch. Keep asking them. Adriana
Adriana Madriñán has created an incredible experience with The Madrinan Playground™. What I value most is that she doesn’t just teach us how to use AI—she teaches us how to use it strategically and apply it to real life and business. The Accelerator and Companion have been especially valuable tools for turning ideas into action with more clarity and direction. Adriana’s knowledge, generosity, and commitment to her community truly stand out. Definitely a five-star experience!

Katarinna, you named the difference better than I usually manage to: not how to use AI, but how to use it strategically. That's the whole work. Thank you for taking the time to write it. Adriana
She knows how to explain the IA and how we can developed it in our industry. Love it

Response from The Madrinan Playground™ by Adriana Madrinan· Aug 25, 2026
Angelica, thank you for coming back to write again. And you put your finger on it: it only works when it's applied to your industry, not to business in general. That's where it gets useful. Adriana

Response from The Madrinan Playground™ by Adriana Madrinan· Aug 25, 2026
Adriana
