It was the worst experience I ever had with a online shopping. Sorry Adoratti you have the worst costumer service , never replay, it took ONE WHOLE MONTH to receive my purses. I may return them cause now I don’t need them

this company is a scam. They advertised BOGO and at check-out charged me for both bags. I tried to communicate with them but their email address is fake, my emails coming back as undeliverable because email address does not exist. I clicked on the support link and got a warning from my computer that I was being directed to a site that might want to steal my information. The 2 bags arrived and the quality was disgusting. This is a SCAM. BEWARE!

I received the 2 bags I ordered and appreciated the quality, however they were not big enough for my use. I've tried contacting the company several times and ways and never received a response about how to return these for a refund. I now consider this company to be bogus and would never order from them again.

I placed an order of two leather bags totaling $195, which was delivered to me on April 21, 2026. Overall, I have been very pleased with the genuine leather exterior of both bags. They appear to be well made, durable, and exactly what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months of regular use, I began noticing a significant issue with the interior lining of both bags. The interior material has started to pill and shed extensively, leaving fibers on the items I carry inside, including my makeup bags, sunglass pouches, and other fabric accessories. I purchased these oversized bags specifically to use as my everyday bags, so this has been particularly disappointing. At this point, I am unable to carry any fabric items inside without them becoming covered in the shedding material. Given the quality I expected from your products, I was surprised to experience this issue after such a short period of use.

I wasn’t sure if I would like this bag for everyday use but I do and I use it everyday. Really happy with this bag. I do wish it had a place for my keys but I did get a keychain and I was able to hook my keys by the inside pouch and it works great.
