Hi Michael, sorry to hear you are having problems downloading our software. Give us a call, and we will walk you through it, or remote into your computer to install it for you.
I have been a customer of your since 2012. I try to get help via telephone and email and telephone numbers aren't working, they don't even ring. I also emailed. No reply.

Greetings TJ, We don't know why you were having trouble connecting to us via phone as there were no reported incidents of our phone lines being down. Our records indicate you received a callback on 11/25/20 at 4:45pm. The reason you did not get a response from email is because you had previously opted out of our email list. It appears from our records that your issue was resolved from the phone conversation. If not please feel free to contact us.
Program is great except every 6 months it loses my logo. For some unknown reason

Hey, George. Unlike my kids, computers really don't lose things. Your logo image is a separate file stored wherever you put it last. You then point the software to where the image file is. If you move or delete the file the software won't be able to find it. If you get a new computer or uninstalled an older version you may need to repoint to where the file is. Hope this helped. There is also a topic in our Knowledge-Base on Logos.
I think the program itself is excellent I couldn't be happier. I think that the support and customer service are lacking and I need to get another program and this makes me not want to choose adkad

Hey there, Mozartis we are happy to see you think our software is excellent, but we are troubled to hear you are extremely unhappy with our customer service and support. Your records didn't indicate there was any problem. Give us a call, and tell us what happened.
No customizable ability on forms. Clicking ok after every change or adding items. Pesticide reporting convoluted. No letter merging. Not leaving on last customer. Once in a customer should be able to do all necessary work, payments charges bills etc

Hi Gene, We started a new Contract, Letter, and Pesticide Report generator for the next version of GroundsKeeper Pro but yanked it back out because it was going to be way too complicated for the average user. The code is there but will be unavailable until we can come up with some better ideas. Kinda like a ghost in the machine. We haven't given up on it, and you will probably see it in a version somewhere down the road. Changing to a save on close instead of a save button, (which programmatically is easier), is something that we're not sure the bulk of our customers are ready for. Some screens have the feature, but it can be a dangerous thing if you're all thumbs. But it is something we are considering. You will like the new Quick Launch buttons in the soon to be released series 8 GroundsKeeper Pro. You will be able to bounce between screens with the focus on the last customer selected.
There are things that I wish this would do. And having to pay money to just change my address or phone number is ridiculous. I wish I could bulk email many bills at once to one person instead of several separate emails to that one person.

Hey John, Not quite sure why a person would get more than 1 invoice for a billing period, but you obviously have some special needs here. Give us a call to discuss it, maybe we can find some kind of workaround. Here's the reason for the address and or phone change. I hope it clarifies the process and changes your mind. Our registration process allows the software to be used on multiple computers without having to purchase multiple copies for new or additional computers, being that it is registered to a person, and not to a computer, as is many other software products. This process not only protects our company from software piracy but also protects the end-user from theft of their company data from their employees. About 15% of the address change requests that are processed turn out to be fraudulent due mainly to a partnership breakup, or from a former employee who has decided to start their own business. In this scenario, the person making the request poses as the registered user to be able to change the company info to their own. We can only verify that the person making the request is the actual registered user by requiring supporting documentation as proof. The overwhelming majority of end-users prefer this type of registration to protect their data and to avoid having to pay for the same software product multiple times. The $25 fee we charge, recovers only a portion of the actual labor and material costs associated with issuing a new registration number, IE. Printing, mailing, postage, and correspondence.
Really helped me organize and send everything nicely with billing. In my opinion, the way you enter in the dates is terrible. You have to individually type in every date instead of being able to do every cut for the entire month at once. There is a wizard part, but you never do every yard every week on the same day, so it’s not a benefit at all. I have asked about it and they disagree and say the program isn’t set up for that. I strongly disagree.

Hi Greg, Not quite sure what it is that you are trying to do. Also not understanding why or how you would enter all of your cuts for an entire month at once. You're correct there is a Wizzard to automate posting let's say an entire day's work with one click. Why wouldn't that work for you? Give us a call so that we can figure this out.
While the software is easy to use, some of the features are not on par with similar invoicing/billing programs. For instance, there is no balance forward in the body of the statement. Though there is information in the top right of the statement; most customers are confused each month by the charges and payments in the body of the invoice/statement. Also, the scheduling feature is quite time consuming and not easy to use at all. For a simple business, this is good software; I am not certain this will be longstanding software for a growing business.

Hi Dorothy, thanks for your feedback. Our Invoice design is pretty basic and is divided into 3 parts. Summary, Activity, and return payment stub. There is really no world standard on invoice design. If you changed billing systems I could see how your customers could be confused if something that was on the top is now on the bottom. But the most important part of the invoice is the balance due which is highlighted with a larger red font on part 1 and part 3. Kinda hard to miss. Most of our customers love our invoice design because it is so simple and basic, but you are entitled to your own opinion. We are planning on making changes to the Scheduling Screen to speed up and streamline how it works. If you are using the scheduling for simple services like mowing, try using multiple routes instead. It eliminates the need to reschedule due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances.
