adjoe.ioReviews of adjoe.io

I completed a Bingo Blitz offer through an offerwall connected to adjoe.io, following all stated requirements during the promotional period. I played consistently over an extended period and met the conditions required for the reward. Despite this, I did not receive the 239,308 points promised for completion. I contacted support multiple times and was told that the tracking system did not receive the necessary data from the game provider. However, no evidence, logs, or detailed explanation of what was missing was provided, and my requests for escalation or a proper investigation were not answered. Instead, I received repeated copy-paste responses stating that rewards could not be issued and suggesting I try other games, which does not address the missing reward for an already completed offer. At no point was I provided with a clear breakdown of what tracking data failed, whether any manual review was conducted, or confirmation that the issue was escalated to the offer partner. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to the lack of transparency and resolution after a significant time investment. I will be taking this forward as its clearly not a mistake by their reptuation

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I have contacted support FOUR times about the same issue — missing and rejected rewards — and every single time I receive the exact same copy-paste automated response telling me to wait 72 hours. No resolution. No accountability. Just delay after delay. Because my rewards were not processed at the correct time, the value has decreased and I have suffered a direct financial loss as a result of THEIR failure to act. That is completely unacceptable. I have invested real money into this platform and have been treated with total disregard. There has been no goodwill gesture, no escalation, no human response — nothing. If you are considering investing your time and money here, please think very carefully. When something goes wrong, do not expect this platform to actually help you. I will be closing my account and taking my investment elsewhere. Avoid.

Customer service is non existent, if they miss your reward you are basically at the will of the gods. There no on to help or escalate the issue

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. At first, everything seemed to work fine in the game — the tracking system correctly registered my progress, and I received rewards for the initial milestones. However, after that, the tracking suddenly stopped working, even though I continued playing under the exact same conditions. I spent approximately 21 hours completing the required objectives, only to be told that they are “unable to issue rewards” because their system did not receive the data. I even provided screenshots proving that the tracking worked at the beginning, but this was ignored. It feels unfair that users are expected to invest significant time, only to be denied rewards due to tracking issues that are clearly outside of their control. The response I received simply shifted the blame and suggested I try another game, which is not an acceptable solution. Overall, this experience feels misleading and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time in these offers.

Its a pay for playing apps service. They don’t pay 1/2 the time and when you contact support they are beyond useless. There’s better options.

Belohnungen, welche durch das Nutzen von bestimmten Apps verdient wurden werden nicht ausgezahlt. Der "Support" bittet nur immer wieder um Geduld. Ich warte seit fast 5 Monaten auf die ausstehenden Belohnungen.

Support don’t support.
