I have followed the recommended requirements for four months now and there has been zero new growth. While it may work for some of the clients, I doubt the percentage who actually see results is above 25% at best. It was worth the effort, but I'll just have to move on.

I wish i could upload photos here to show you my bathroom’s sink full of hair that almost turned the white sink to black … i’ve never frightened to this level ever before!! Whatever chemicals are in the topical-15 has burnt my hair follicles that were transplanted 2, 3 years ago which they never came off ever since but this thing ruined it… my head looks whiter than ever before literally within a week!!! I noticed everynight i use the product and kinda massage it in my hair and then i look at my hand full of hair!!! Every night for the whole week.. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and i already lost couple hundreds $$$$ I most definitely am going to avoid this product and I’d recommend anyone else to do the same!

James Steward is a hirred gun, one of many who are connected to the company or even friend of the owner or even paid off. It is possible he is not a real person, just somebody who created an account here and put two positive reviews. There is no proof that he got results using Adegen! He wrote two positive reviews in a short period, to improve the ratings, that fell off drastically. Adegen is scam company and even if they try to conceal that with this kind of fake reviews. Truth is there is zero chance that Minoxidil combined with needling can reverse hairloss.

We all seek a more permanent solution to our hair loss, and I thought I had found one with Adegen, but I was wrong. Prior to use I asked a question to the founder, WILL I LOSE HAIR AFTER I STOP USING ADEGEN?? The answer was NO. I used it for a year and a half and yes I gained hair but when I stopped, it all went away. So, is the same system as minoxidil. The only difference is that minoxidil is super cheap in compared to Adegen.

Hey Kate, we're sorry to hear about this. We actually have this video where John discusses ongoing use of the products: https://help.adegen.com/en-US/do-i-have-to-keep-using-the-products-after-i-get-results-33665 We have lots of customers that regrow to their desired hairline and then maintain with the shampoo and brushes. We apologize if there was any miscommunication along the way.
I noticed everytime there was a 1 star review the response would be that those people weren’t customers, were never found in “the system” blah blahh. Well sure I purchased your kit & it was an absolute SCAM !! Lost more hair than before. You have a better chance with rogaine & an amazon dermaroller. Don’t be scammed out of hundreds of dollars. Ceo went from scammed to scammer !

After almost 2 mths of using these products, My hair has continued falling out.(more than before). I Hv contacted Adegen numerous times and attempted cancelling ANY products out charges and they continue sending pro duct and charging my credit card! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS…. Or their fake promises of 30 day cancellation with no hassles. I am more traumatized now about my hair loss than I was before!!!!

Hey Sherrill, you failed to cancel your subscription orders before our team processed them and we still allowed for a refund without asking for the products to be shipped back. Our policies are extremely clear in regards to refunds in which you can find here if you need a reminder: https://adegen.com/policies/refund-policy We offer a 30 day policy where you can get a full refund if you're not satisfied. We also make subscriptions extremely easy to manage, with a custom portal and timely notifications so that you're reminded when an upcoming subscription is about to process. We send this out 3 days in advance so you have time to cancel, edit, or delay any upcoming shipments. We wish you well with your hair growth journey and hope you find a solution that suits you better.
Not a customer – luckily – because I read the negative reviews here. I watched the VERY long ad where John yaps on for half an hour using all the hardcore selling tactics (that really should be banned) to manipulate a sell by the end of it. Got a massive whiff of BS so came to see what the real world said. You can read the other negative reviews for that. Their Instagram presence, bar their sponsored ads, is suspiciously low. Out of interest, to see if they are monitoring and limiting reviews, I posted a comment to that effect. Asking why zero comments on their insta posts, and if it's because they delete them? I got a very defensive response back talking about organic growth and it being difficult to please everyone yada yada. Followed with 'we have 10k followers on Facebook' – which obviously I pulled him up on saying ' oh that closed group where you pull down the negative reviews'? Can't remember the short back and forth completely but to his final response i confirmed back that 'nothing you said counters the points I've raised'. I came back to find that he had in fact deleted my last comment as obviously he wanted the last word. How sad. They've also blocked me like they have the negative reviewers on Facebook. Now if that doesn't whiff of big ripp-off BS guys i don't know what does. No reputable company would behave as such. I would engage your critical thinking and listen to that 6th sense niggling you to stay well clear. Can't delete this one can you John!
