Hey Kley, looking at your order history right now it looks like you subscribe to our products on November 5th. We always send out notifications 3 days in advance for all subscription orders. We also don't default to automatic subscriptions like other brands. You have to actively choose the subscription option. We've gone ahead and refunded the December 6th subscription order that went through and that should reach your account in 5-7 business days. We apologize if you didn't see the subscription notifications ahead of time, but rest assured this is taken care of and you will receive the refund. We'd love to earn a higher rating should you decide that things were handled appropriately by our team here. Hey Amy, We appreciate your feedback. In regards to the prices, we'll never sacrifice the quality of our products which is why they're priced higher than other generics in the market. We do our best upfront to set reasonable expectations. 2 months isn't long enough to start seeing new hair growth as the hair cycle is 90 days.
