Thanks for sharing your experience—while the course may not have aligned with your exam expectations, your feedback is valuable. Our curriculum is built to reflect state licensing standards, but we understand that exam content and testing experiences can vary. Factors like phrasing, emphasis on specific topics, or exam-day challenges can all play a role. Your insight helps us evaluate where our material may need adjustment or added clarity. If you're open to it, we’d be happy to look into the areas that felt misaligned and offer support to help you succeed. You're still on the path toward licensure, and we’re here to help you get there.

Kept completing sections, then looked at the dashboard to find I didn't get credit for the section or sections that I had completed. Happened over and over again, took me 4 times as long as all of the other vendors' courses I've taken. NEVER AGAIN.

Thank you for sharing your experience—it’s clear this was extremely frustrating, and we take that seriously. Our system is designed to track section completions automatically, so if progress wasn't being recorded properly despite full completion, that signals a potential glitch we’d want to investigate. We understand how disruptive that can be, especially when you're putting in the time and effort to move forward. We also hear your feedback about course efficiency compared to other vendors. While our goal is to deliver comprehensive content that supports long-term success—not just exam prep—we know that ease of use and time investment are major factors. Your insights help us assess where improvements can be made both in technology and user experience. We'd like to learn more about what happened so our technical team can review it closely. If you're willing to share your course details or the sections affected, we’ll look into it right away. Your voice helps us build a better experience—for you and every student who follows.
There is a lack of course options, which makes for a painful, boring experience. The name of your company is hard to remember as it gives no clue as to what you do.
