We're happy to hear that our courses were flexible and interesting for your license renewal. We appreciate you taking the time to leave AD Banker this positive feedback!
Some of the info in later chapters was dry as ass. Please word things in a way that make more sense. Also, when budgeting time for each chapter, it would be tremendously helpful to know how many chapters / pages per chapter each lesson has. There’s no reason why that info should be hidden. Chap 11, 12, and 13, all went fairly quick, so I was shocked when chapter 14 was bigger than the prior 5 chapters combined. It F’d up my whole time budget for this program.

Thanks for sharing your feedback—it’s always helpful. We're committed to making future chapters more engaging and clear. We also understand that having chapter length details would support better time management, and we're considering how to incorporate that moving forward. We realize the unexpected length of Chapter 14 may have disrupted your study flow and appreciate you flagging that.
Unfortunately it kept freezing and making me review all of the slides multiple times before I could take the exam. And then the exam kept on freezing and I had to sign back in a minimum of 10 times

The topics were interesting. However, it was for a P&C license and there was a lot of Life & Health references. I learned a lot. The voice over or read aloud feature was great for me and helped me focus. However, it did not work on every page or read a different page while on a different page.

We're glad you found the topics interesting and that the read-aloud feature helped you focus. AD Banker appreciates your feedback about the Life & Health references in the P&C material and the read-aloud feature's inconsistencies. We will review these areas to improve our course content and features. Thanks for your insights.
