They violate HIPPA. This company does not do what they are suppose to do as far as filling it with the insurance. Just to let people know that when you change insurance companies they will extend your payment contract and not tell you. They also do not have anything in writing that tells you how they operate for insurance. Don't go through adapt health. The billing department doesnt know their left from their right oh how to do their job correctly.

Michele Monte was empathetic and professional as usual. Walked me through the replacement of my Mask and explained how to use it properly and even had a trial fitting to make sure all was well. Michele is a credit to your company and you folks are lucky to have her working for you.
