Very, very poor customer service. I was simply needing a document to submit to my insurance company to support my claim, and I was met with rolled eyes and outright rudeness. Only when my insurance company called multiple time did they submit the paperwork to them. I've had a prescription to have the pressure on my CPAP machine changed for three week now, and no one will change it or contact me. The doctor's office insists they have sent it on 16 March 2023. I need help with this machine and there is no support at all. When I call, I get the aggravated sigh on the other end. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
