Needed new sleep apnea machine. Kelly at Community Surgical Supply helped me with the new modern machine. She was patient, personable and very skilled at her job. I know if I forget anything css will be there to help.

I had an awful experience. I called to get information on why my CPAP machine was so expensive, and the representative I spoke to was surly and unhelpful. Admittedly, I was not in the best mood due to the significant expense of my machine, but this person was very combative. One would think in customer service, you’d want to be helpful, do what you could to diffuse the situation. I had the opposite experience. I would not recommend this company.

Deliver equipment on time.

Did what they needed to do. Highly recommended.
