Pleasant staff

My tech was Lenore. She was very knowledgeable and very nice! I couldn’t have asked for a better tech.

Nothing but problems since adapt health or aero care or whatever they call themselves since taking over Clay Home Medical. We do not want e delivery or auto pay so they don't mail a bill and then want credit card payment. Delivery of oxygen has gone from 1 day to several. Very dissatisfied with this company. I hope someone reads this review and puts competent people where they need to be.

I didnt have to get put of bed for my wheelchair to get fixed. Tyson Bess, our technition was well informed about our problems and very friendly and helpful in fixing the chair. He has a wonderful personality and seems to have great sympathy and empathy!!! 20 stars
