I was called right on timeLenore listened to what I said, offered excellent advice and options, corrected an order I had received and made sure I had all the information I needed as I switched from a nose mask to the nasal pillows. Wonderful service

Constant phone calls from three different companies. I signed up for a monthly payment plan, everything correct in the portal. Was billed monthly, then received a collection letter. Never indicated the monthly rental fee was canceled and had to pay the full amount. Folks were vague on the phone. Nothing in writing. Also, the CPAP machine was incorrectly setup in the beginning. Calls from people called the "Compliance" team, to make sure I was using the CPAP everyday. The CPAP machine itself caused me significant health issues 4 months ago which I'm still recovering from. Call center staff were nice, but the processes and management clueless. The "CPAP Industrial Machine" busy collecting money. Never want to hear from these folks (or the pulmonologist again).

The respiratory therapist was phenomenal. Very good customer service!
