Outstanding company. And outstanding delivery service

Horrible customer service that are almost always hard to understand. I keep getting left waiting for catheters for weeks at a time. It makes me wonder how their patients on oxygen are treating. I will be seeking out another company and I suggest for anyone else to do the same.

The delivery was when they said it would be and the technician was professional and friendly. Quick as well!

I would have given 5 for your service, but it is scary when your awoken with the condenser basically blowing up...why do you not give manuals so at least I could troubleshoot

Shawn did a great job of going over all the features of the machine and showed me how to set it up. We explored the different mask options and he helped me select my first mask. Everything went smoothly.

Helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous.

The tech replaced the bed rails with faulty latches that went out after one week. Hope the new ones hold up better
