Zach was very helpful in changing out a mask to make sure I got the correct mask so I am comfortable.

It was difficult to reach the correct person to report a broken CPAP machine but once I reached a live person I was directed to someone that could help! I was given an appointment the same afternoon and my CPAP was replaced.
