Very knowledgeable about the machines, and very friendly.

Not only did he come quickly to replace my O2 concentrator, he was so pleasant, educating me on how often to change tubing but teaching me how to uncoil and straighten it so the 50 foot tube hardly ever tangles itself.

The person I worked with was extremely knowlegable and courteous. Any question I had was immediatly answered. He explained in depth how to use and maintain my machine. He made sure everything fit properly for use and maintenance. I would highly recommend using this company to family and friends.
