I had a fast and professional check-in. I waited maybe five minutes in the waiting room. I went in the back and received my new CPAP machine. She answered all of my questions and very professional.

The team was excellent. Fast response and we appreciate them coming to the house quickly and solving the problem. Marcus was informative polite and very helpful.

Jadene was very thorough with her explanation of the equipment and the benefits of same. She seemed at ease speaking with me and I perceived her as being very approachable with any questions I had

Friendly, professional rep! Only constructive input is to have the rep start from the very beginning especially for people who have absolutely no experience with o2. More like telling a story about how everything is connected and how things work!

I went into the appointment fearing that I would not be happy with the machine and/or mask but was wonderfully surprised. The entire experience was great and Laurie in Framingham was incredibly nice, patient and helpful.

Very nice gentleman. Waiting patiently for us as we were little late as My husband was just released from the hospital. Took his time explaining how the bed work. Very satisfied.
