Great service, I just wish it would allow me to stay logged in for longer
The customization is great, and it works very well for my needs. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it keeps logging me out from time to time, which makes it slightly annoying, and I feel like it's unnecessary. I understand why a homebanking app would do that, but here it just disrupts the flow.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I’d love the ability to email all (not just those enrolled in a specific class) but it’s otherwise been a useful tool.

Seamless Addition to Website and Calendar functions.
It is really easy for myself to create appointments, add meeting links, design parameters around scheduling within the platform. The schedule syncs seamlessly with my google calendar, which allows me to see everything I am doing in one place. My clients can easily book off of my website through the acuity widget, receiving an e-mail confirmation that includes calendar sync and reschedule/cancellation abilities. Acuity makes it easy for me to get my schedule booked and manage rescheduling with little-no hassle! I really enjoy this product and recommend it to people who have a dynamic schedule and limited executive functioning.

It might be me, not you
It might be my own incompetence but I have been unable to figure out how to configure the use of this scheduling app exactly the way I need it to be. Would it be possible to schedule a call with an expert who can help me?

It's saved so many hours and e-mails with clients
I took my time setting up all the types of sessions that our studio offers, but it has saved many, many hours of scheduling, by allowing our clients to schedule the type of session they want on a "live" calendar. Also, being able to limit when certain sessions or appointments can be scheduled is a real plus.

It’s very glitchy
It’s very glitchy. Doesn’t update in real time. The scheduling options and coupons are limited. In the customer end it’s cumbersome and not user friendly.

Works fine most of the time
Works fine most of the time, but updating credit card info doesn’t always work on subscriptions properly, even when I do it through Square first.
