Very nice van for driving around a lot of people and their luggage. Got billed for Damage Waiver / Insurance even though I clearly said "no" to it. Van was indicated at 4/4 / full of gas but only had 3/4 tank. When they went to fill it up the gas cover broke off and could not be fixed. You have to agree that there will be no sand in the vehicle on drop off; this is Florida, what do they expect???
