They are friendly and helpful with orders. They have materials for my photo art; have dealt with them for many years now and very pleased with the service.

I had a problem with the previous shipment of bags, but the lady I spoke with when I ordered this time was very helpful in figuring out what went wrong last time and making sure I got the right product this time.

Hello OMT! Thank you so much for your perfect summary of our company goals; we are so happy to hear we have met them for you!
I posted a very displeased review in early August and was contacted yesterday by a long time employee of GT Bag (now Action Bags). She was helpful, understanding, and fixed my issue immediately. This is a company which values its customers and is willing to reach out. I highly recommend them!
