I’ve been extremely happy working w Jackson. I would say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in years, and I think that’s saying something since I’m older than I’ve ever been! While the work has been challenging, we’ve ramped up in such a way that none of it has felt overwhelming. I don’t feel like I’m in any danger of falling off the wagon, because none of it feels precariously challenging. Highly recommend working with this team!!

I have tried everything - diets, working with other coaches at local gyms, trying to follow the 'advice' that's out there. NOTHING WORKED! UNTIL I found Coach Jackson's workouts. Coach Jackson reached out to me after leaving a comment. We talked for close to an hour on the phone. I took the plunge and signed up right away. Bu the end of Phase 1, which is 4 weeks I had actually lost 10 pounds!!!! I couldn't believe it!! His program, knowlege, and his love of personally helping others made a huge difference! I can't recommend his program enough! In the FB group, a perk of the program, literally everyone states it has been their best decision EVER. And it's sooo nice to have a group where you can open up about your experiences, whether it's a hard day or you reached a milestone. The people are phenomenal! If you are thinking of doing this program, you will never regret it! I am so thankful for it! And I still have 3 more phases to go! Can't wait to see where I will be then!

While the Facebook community of clients is incredible, don't forget you are just as responsible for the positive environment as anyone else. You have played a big role in the community and I don't want you to forget that. Also, don't forget that you were the one that executed and lost the weight. I was just your coach or a guide providing the direction. But you had to put in the work. You did it and should be proud of yourself. I'm very proud of you and I can't wait to see what you do next. I am typically the type of person who is a do it myself and don't ask for help type. I spoke with Jackson a few times and he made me feel very comfortable with the help. He offered me different levels of help that I may have needed and plenty of options. My whole request from the program was to find myself a sustainable way to get and keep the body I wanted. He provided all of the necessary information to make that possible. At first I was a little bit on the fence because I was expecting a step by step written out program with everything done for me. In the grand scheme of things I am glad it wasn't in the end. The layout gave me the ability to make options for myself and think about my food and exercise from my own standpoint instead of just following a pre written guide. I lost 12% body fat and have completely changed my whole outlook and routine with food and exercise.

Jackson is very approachable. He is always there to help you. I am in a heavy travel mode and he has been able to help, accommodate and provide suggestions while I am in hotel gyms or just traveling

Where to start! Life changing experience for me. Jackson really does take such a personalized approach with each of us. Not just another trainer or nutritionist. Yes, you get a wonderfully-personally-tailored workout and nutrition plan that really work. However, for me the focus on mindset, effective goal-setting, and positivity, coupled with a very down-to-earth realism about the weight loss journey are what have changed me. Jackson brings that above-and-beyond factor to his clients. I’m currently 3/4 of the way through the program and already knocking on the door of my weight loss and fitness goals. I have tried so many things in the past but this feels like long-term success. I am not just being told what to do. I am being trained on how to take care of myself, and how to be accountable to myself, how to find motivation for success, and how to never get down on myself for minor setbacks. I could go on and on about all the good this has done for me and, consequently, my family. Could not be happier with this particular investment in myself. Thanks, Coach!

I have been working with Jackson for over two years. When I started I was 257 lbs and got down to 157lbs and 8% body fat (in less than a year). Since then, I have been working to increase my muscle mass and have found a healthy and sustainable lifestyle living at around 12% body fat, by design. He educates his clients and gets results. I continue to engage and work with Jackson not because I don’t know what to do, but I enjoy his coaching, friendship and the community he has built. It’s so rewarding to connect with others on this journey and also be inspired by their stories!
