Thanks Niclas. Glad Harold was able to help get you set up quickly. Fast, clear support is the goal. Appreciate you taking the time to share this.
Sold a business thorough Acquire on Jan 2025 for 6 figs, all went smooth, team responsive, helped with profile, pnl and other supporting documentation. But, fee was high, for value you get, it's not fair enough. I think it should be buyer/seller fee split or even full buyer fee like other platforms do..

Roman, appreciate the honest and thoughtful feedback. And congrats on the six-figure exit—that’s no small thing. Glad the process went smoothly and the team was helpful throughout. On fees, totally hear your point. We’re constantly evaluating pricing and structure, and feedback like this directly informs those decisions. Thanks for using Acquire and for sharing your perspective.
I had a great experience with the Acquire team while listing my business for acquisition. They made the onboarding process smooth, and on the very first day after my listing went live, I received six responses. Looking forward to positive outcomes ahead.

Thanks Ranjeet. Great to hear the onboarding was smooth and that you saw strong buyer interest right away. That first day momentum matters. Wishing you a great outcome, and we’re here if you need anything along the way.
Acquire is great to work with; the platform is easy, but the team is also incredibly responsive (all departments). Tia was great in helping us change out some personal information, and it was seamless. Thanks for the quick response times and ease.

Literal scam. They take your money, and never advertise your business for longer than 2 weeks if they don't like it. For example for dropshipping businesses, your URL gets "ghosted" after some time. This should be illegal... since they continue to take your fee every month!!!

Hi Tommaso — we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing this feedback. We want to clarify that we do not remove listings or reduce visibility based on business type. Dropshipping, ecommerce, SaaS, content sites, and many other categories are all welcome on Acquire, and thousands of these listings get active buyer interest every day. Your listing also never gets “ghosted.” Visibility is primarily driven by buyer demand, listing quality, and whether it’s fully completed with the information buyers look for (financials, metrics, screenshots, etc.). Our support team is always happy to help improve a listing so it reaches the right buyers. As for billing — we never continue charging without consent. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and our team can assist immediately if there’s ever an issue. We’d really like the chance to review your account, understand what happened, and help get your listing in front of the right buyers. Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll make this right. — The Acquire.com Team
Un po' complicato per chi lo usa la prima volta (ma perchè è complicato il tema, non la piattaforma). Ma assistenza molto reattiva.
