Rob did great! Very easy to communicate with, and always open to answer any questions! As well as when the insurance wouldn’t work with me he helped and got them to go up a couple grand on my cars valuation. Thank you!! highly recommended:)

Thank you, Elaina! Despite the adjuster's initial attempts to delay the process, your patience and perseverance contributed to our positive outcome together.
Rob was a rockstar from start to finish! He not only met my expectations with getting the report done, but exceeded them when he walked me through it every step of the way. I am grateful for the time, counsel, and expertise he gave me. Most of all, the result!!! Thank you!!

Marc, this was not an easy one by any stretch! They fought us until we were prepared to litigate. It was then that they finally caved in. Your perseverance and trust in the process I laid out finally brought this one home. The positive outcome was equally due to our efforts, and I thank you for trusting us the whole way!
Mr. Robert Gomez was very professional and upfront about the negotiation process with my insurance company. He explained the process to me and told me upfront that he would do his best to come to a settlement amount that was fair. I really appreciate him setting the expectation upfront and for his honesty throughout the process. I definitely trusted his professional expertise in this matter and he exceeded my expectations. I would recommend him and his company to anyone requiring an independent adjuster.

Jeff, I truly understand and appreciate the patience and perseverance you've shown in allowing the process to unfold despite the delays from the opposing side. Thank you.
Company representatives were positive in nature yet forth coming and honest as to the level of help they could accomplish with an insurance claim. They emphasized that they would want me to engage their services only if they could obtain a positive outcome from the initial insurance appraisers offer. I highly recommend their services

Having my vehicle totaled was stressful, but much worse when my insurance carrier gave it a diminished value. They would not negotiate at all, so I contacted ACISPRO for an independent appraisal. Robert knew exactly how to proceed and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The final settlement was $3700 more than the original offer! I am so relieved and grateful for his service. Truly a resource I would highly recommend!

Truly professional explained the car in great detail. Rob was willing to have a telephone call and discuss the car and he sent me a extremely detailed report along with pictures supporting his findings. I just received the car, and it truly was the diamond and the rough that he was explaining to me through emails pictures over the phone. I can't thank him enough for helping me with this purchase! If you're looking to purchase a car and you want a true professional to take a look at it for you definitely use this company.
