I often buy from here and mostly in bulk. Their service is good and I can't think anything to complain about, however you'd want to start offering catalogs to your customers as stationery items are bought over the phone mostly.. it's just more convenient.

Lots of good options and what I like the most are the seasonal discounts before or right after a school-vacation ends. Their delivery is also rather quick and on time. Very impressed!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I bought a $4.00 matte knife, received it, opened it and couldn't close it. As an engineer I could find no release button. Contacted the company. Customer service was very rude and condescending. They have not sent me an RA # so how can I send it back for a refund? All this for a $4.00 item? The whole point of customer service is that it takes care of the customer whether it's a $4.00 item or a $2000 item. The number of horrific reviews of this company online proves my point. They show utter contempt for their customers

Customer refused to return the $4.00 item they ordered which was a simple pocket knife and refuses to acknowledge that there is a safety mechanism to close the unit like all knives. We have asked this customer to return for a full refund but she has refused.

The customer support has been very helpful. I used to be afraid of purchasing big-ticket items online since most of the time, you'd have to buy blindly. But here, the online support was very helpful. They gave me all the specs and details about the products in a friendly manner
