Took over a month to ship. Wrong product delivered. Many customer service calls.

I would give you no stars….I ordered all white labels and received multi colored. I have called twice about it and was told the all-white would be shipped right away. This was October and again in November. Still have not received my labels. Order #521516

OUR COMPANY ORDERED 2 TYPEWRITERS THAT SHOWED IN STOCK TOOK OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVED BOTH WERE DAMAGED. I SENT PICTURES OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS TOLD WOULD SEND RMA'S NEVER GOT ANYTHING OR REFUNDED ON THE TYPEWRITERS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered something said the model was no longer available. Then asked if i would like the upgraded model instead. I asked how many of them they had in stock and I was told 10. I said give me 6 of them. 3 got shipped right away and then it took over a month for 3 more to come in after several phone calls. Also some of the models were damaged. They were packaged very poorly and didn't survive transport.

Ordered a printer off of the web site (new) printer came in used and did nor work. Called tech support found out it had dried ink in all rhe lines and they were going to need to be replaced. Called Ace evry week to get a return label to send it back and they wouldn't help us. After 3 months I threw it away in the dumpster. Ace told me they couldn't help me so I had no other option. Cost of the printer was around 400 bucks with the shipping. Also the printer didn't come with a manual, power plug, ethernet cable.

Horrible experience all the way around. Register arrived and it was the wrong model, was missing parts, and didn't work. Tried unsuccessfully for 30 days to get it returned and refunded with no success. They made tons of promises that they didn't keep. I finally filed a dispute with our credit card company and ended up getting it refunded that way. The register went in the dumpster. Do not use this company. You will regret it!

Although my payment was taken out of my checking account immediately - it took 3 months and a couple phone calls to actually receive my order. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Very disappointed.

If I could choose zero stars I would!
