I purchased a 15$ account that simply...isn't working. I tried to contact customer service 5 times but they just ignore me and close the ticket. When it's too good to be true...it's a scam. Very disappointed.

Was told by chat that the Diamond stacked comes with the skin in the pic, all I wanted was renegade raider. My OG account is already stacked with most of the skins I received in the pack. I did get the account a few hours later and it had a few good skins (165 in total) but now I am trying to swap it for what was promised by chat (a renegade raider skin account) and support keep closing my disputes after showing screenshot evidence. The support team is very frustrating to deal with as they take hours to reply and when they do, it is either a copy and paste note asking to show video or photo evidence of logging in (which has nothing to do with proving it doesn't have the skin I was promised) and if they just logged into the account they could see for themselves or they just straight out don't reply and close the dispute forcing you to start another one and wait another 2-6 hours for the same thing to happen again. (You wont get anywhere with support if you have a dispute) Now even chat are ignoring me. But if you are after a decent account with a few good and rare skins etc, it is still worth the money. Just be sure to change all passwords and get two factor authentication once you are logged in as I have heard they will take the account back after a day or so and you wont be able to use it. I am yet to see if this will happen to account I purchased as it was only last night, so time will tell.

I bought an account and when I logged in, someone else was playing on it!

i buyed a account from accempire.com at first i played the game and was happy but then i needed to have email verification to join the account but i didnt have the email. So i contacted support .They did anwser they said: We will replace your account i was happy that they will replace it now its passed about 1 week after that they ghosted my support ticket and didnt give me a new account or gave the old one back
