I really appreciate the Kwak brothers videos on YouTube. that is how I found them. I learend about HELOC loans and at first I thought something isn't right about this loan, however after their thorough explanation, I realized this is not only a good deal, it's a great way to pay off your mortgage faster and therefore pay a lot less in interest. I needed to do a few things before I qualified for the HELOC, and Joel was kind enough to explain to me what I needed to do, even though I was not a customer of his yet. I really appreciate his and his brother's kindness.

However, I couldn't qualify for the program, but even after i discovered that I wouldn't qualify, Joel was still gracious to offer some financial and investing advise for me. We went to Mortgage college with the Kwaks! We’ve relocated for work multiple time so we are always in the infant stages of a mortgage, paying too much interest and not enough principal. Using the Kwak’s methods and in less than eight months, we have saved a substantial amount of interest and our mortgage is close to being done. We are buying our dream retirement home at the beach! Highly recommend (if you are disciplined person and will follow the plan!)

I watched the Kwak Bros. videos on youtube and was very interested in their presentation, but found it wouldn't behoove me to use the info because I was going to be selling my house sooner than later. Thus I opted out of the Program. However, I think the HELOC is a good tool for paying off a mortgage quicker, and both Joel and Sam were more than understanding as to my situation.
