No thorough communication; they were out of reach when I tried communicating with them several times regarding the clearance that hasn't posted on the cargo side and they followed up the next day :(

I had an excellent experience with All Cleared Customs Brokerage, especially working with Jay. My situation was not straightforward because my Canadian vehicle was already in the United States, and I needed to have it properly imported without taking it back across the Canadian border. Before finding All Cleared, I had received confusing information about what could and could not be done and was beginning to think I would have to drive the vehicle back to Canada just to complete the import process. Jay knew exactly how to handle my situation. He was knowledgeable, responsive and patient with all of my questions. Most importantly, he followed through and got it done. My vehicle was successfully cleared while already in the U.S., which saved me an enormous amount of time, stress and unnecessary travel.
