We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we'd like to clarify a few important points. The delivery address entered at checkout was your own billing address in the US — not a recipient's address in Mexico. Our team identified this immediately and reached out via email with the order details, offering to still deliver the flowers in Mexico the following day. We simply needed the correct recipient name, phone number, and address. That email was never replied to. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we were unable to obtain the information needed to complete the delivery. With no response received, we issued a full refund to your account. We're always happy to help when customers reach out — but completing a delivery requires accurate recipient information that only the customer can provide. — The abcFlora Team
