Light weight great fit very stylish

Ordered two glasses on my first purchase. They were having a sale. They arrived a little over a week later only counting business days. The prescription was accurate. The glasses looked like described. No complaints. Will definitely be ordering again.

This is my second order from Abbe. Was traveling so just got them. The glasses are cool and unique...LOTS of choices for sunglass tints that is a really great pool of options. I was originally going to order multiple pair for the coupon code I was sent but opted against it after vague responses from customer service. They need to work on website. Coupon code error message may not be clear as to why it doesn't work. If you click through an email for a specific sale, you may get items that don't actually meet the criteria for the coupon. That's pretty annoying since you've got to pay attention to getting your prescription right. Again, the glasses are great...and good prices...better if coupon works.

Terrible customer service. Very slow to answer emails and when they finally did, they didn't seem to understand the questions you were asking and would give confusing or one word responses or say that they would answer the question 'soon', which usually took days. Very frustrating to communicate with. I would not recommend this company especially if you end up having a problem with what you ordered.

Glasses arrived late but both pair are very nice. Only problem was in package tracking. I could not get the tracking number to work until they were shipped to the USA from China. It was approximately 9 days from the time I received the tracking number before the number actually worked. Took 17 days from order til arrival. With other online eyeglass orders I received I within 12 days

Easy affordable and huge selections!

Return or exchange? My experience hasn’t been so good, I sent an email asking to exchange one of the glasses I ordered, I waited 5 days for a response, then I sent them another message the same day they responded, and I'm still waiting. Also if you call by phone no one answers. While I wait for them to answer me, my exchange time, which is 2 weeks, has already expired. I don't think I will buy from this company again.
