My only interest was to order a new canopy for my umbrella and since the item was discontinued, Abba responded by offering me a choice of a an entire new umbrella, and then they shipped it at no cost!

We received great customer service. All calls and emails were promptly answered. Karla was very helpful and polite. We were actually given a cantilever umbrella free of charge because our canopy tore and they no longer carried it.
