Fantastic app with many options for the novice through experienced athlete either training for something specific or just life in general. I have used several of the trainers and programs. They all are unique with varied playlists which I appreciate. I can't say enough good things about this program.

I wasn’t sure if a voice in my head would really help as much as a real trainer in your face- but it does! Of course if you have to take a break you can, but this app has really helped me improve my own mental stamina as well as physical fitness!
