Really helps me to stay in shape during pregnancy!

This app is a game changer. I’m a better, faster runner with good form. But that’s not all I can do. This app gives you access to a group of professional trainers who each have their own talents and style. I get to choose each day who trains me, or I can follow a program. And the app keeps getting better.

I love Aaptiv - I get to train with dozens of great trainers, with energizing music, across all workout modalities - providing structure, motivation & fun to my training!

I had a small set of HIIT exercises from my old trainer that I did over & over again. They were good, but I was getting bored and not seeing much improvement. Aaptiv gave me an unlimited number of ways to work out from home (or outdoors). I've gotten stronger and faster. My stamina has increased. And I LOVE the support and the community. I've saved SO many workouts as "favorites," but I hardly ever repeat anything because there's so much to choose from.

Love the variety of workouts and the trainers encouragement. I need some one in my ear motivating me and this app does it!

Love everything about it

Love this app! Keeps me going on the treadmill. It’s super fun and keeps me distracted from my negative thoughts :) the beginner level is awesome. It’s good for all beginners as the speed is a range of speeds rather than one speed for all. GO JOHN !!
