Great app to spice up your workouts!

The app is a great motivation to work out. I use it mainly for cardio as I find it hard to motivate myself to stay more than 10 mins on the treadmill.

I love Aaptiv. It's so much fun and has such variety; I never feel at a loss for what to do for a work out. I've increased my workout time and intensity without a second thought!

Aaptiv allows me to make use of whatever little time I have, to pick some workout that will help me get on the treadmill once a week.

What I love about this app: 1. Price. if you pay for an entire year it costs less per month than my Netflix. (and is better for me) 2. Music. I like that it’s set to real music and songs, some I’m familiar with, some are new to me, but all are motivating. 3. Format. I like that it’s audio and not video. I wasn’t sure that I would like it but it’s easier than having to keep an eye on the tv, and it makes outdoor training much more accessible. There have been times when they lose me a bit with what they are telling me to do but that’s rare and as they explain “just don’t stop moving” and it all works out. 4. Free trial month. I liked that I had an entire month free to try it. Other apps only gave me a free week which wasn’t enough to really decide if I liked. 5. Workout length. I like that most workouts are 20-30 minutes (some shorter, some are longer) but it fits my schedule and I can link a couple workouts if I want to go longer. It has motivated me to workout more regularly.
