A1A MoversReviews of a1amovers.com

Absolutely horrific experience. The company gave me a binding estimate of $1450 and I confirmed with the movers several times from when they arrived to when they left not to pack anything beyond the quoted space. They assured me they would and did not - the company is now illegally threatening to auction all my possessions if I don’t pay them $2300. Legally movers have to agree a new price before taking your things, which they absolutely did not do. Please save yourselves from fraud and a truly awful company.

This was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I have moved dozens of times and this was the first and last time I will use this company. The chaos and terrible customer service was a nightmare. Its been almost 9 months and I still haven't heard from them regarding replacing my damaged tvs and missing furniture. I don't understand how they still exist with how bad this experience was. NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My relocation experience with A1A Movers was wonderful. I have been referring their services to many of my friends through the referral program and they are as satisfied.

I got in touch with A1A Movers for a long distance move on a friend’s recommendation. Everything was done as scheduled. I am definitely going to recommend A1A Movers to my friends.

Zero Stars!!! The general business practices of never returning phone calls is a non-starter. With a quoted list of 82 items and only 71 on the truck, my estimate went from 1,428 to 3,000, because items are bulky/ un-stack-able. When trying to get a hold of anyone at the office for 7 days my phone calls where left unanswered, messages where never returned, and when i did get a hold of someone they would say someone would call back and never did. Also, I didn't receive a call on the day of drop off till an hour before, when I was assured that I would get a call the day before. I witnessed them standing on my furniture to un-stack it in the truck, and the general condition of my furniture was not in good shape after delivery. I've been trying now for 2 days to get a hold of someone to make claims on my damaged furniture and no one has answered or returned my messages.

This is the rudest and unreliable moving company. For almost two months I have been going back and forth with them about my items. Before booking, I was given a 14-day estimate, I said my move is cross country from VA to TX is that still a realistic the time frame. " Oh yes, ma'am!" I booked and PAID in FULL and told them my available date for delivery was 7/14. I was not told that it was a 14 BUSINESS DAY time frame from the date I was available until I called the first time inquiring where my items were. I was also told that a trailer just left TX and there is a 2-week turn around on the trailers that go to TX. I was told to call the next week to get a time on when the trailer would be leaving. When I called, several times and several different numbers because I wasn't getting an answer, I was finally told the trailer wasn't back yet. The next week I was told the trailer broke down, and nastily informed that they had 21 BUSINESS DAYS BY LAW to get me my items. I called the following week and was told once again, that something was wrong with the trailer and callback next week. No apology, just rude people wanting to get you off the phone. This last time, the lady yelled telling me that I wasn't the only one waiting and that other people were waiting for their stuff too and it's not her fault that I paid in full. She stated that after 21 days they may offer me 10 dollars a day, that's all she can do. I called the following week and was rudely told, Ma'am we have 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO DELIVER per contract. Welp, BUSINESS DAY 30 was 8/24/2018 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL OR MY STUFF! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Best value movers! We hired A1A Movers for our move from Miami Beach to Aventura. All the team members were very quick, polite and respectful. They listened to us attentively and addressed all our queries. The move went on very smoothly and completed on time. Very satisfied with the service!

These guys were really good when they moved me from South Florida. They were prompt, helpful and patient. All my stuff arrived in good order and they were in communication throughout the process.
