Great communication. Every order itemized and easy to understand. Customer service is top notch. When you contact them via email, you will usually get a reply the next day. I highly recommend this company for any craft items. But, don’t stop there. Page through their items and you’ll find the unexpected. Like nail file/buffer for cheap. Book markers, lots of useful items. If something is out of stock, they send what they have. Don’t worry, it’s usually no more than a week for the others.

I really like 8seasons, I order jewellery making/craft supplies & the customer service team is great, very polite & they always get back to you very quickly. They keep you updated on the progress of your order, they post out very quickly & you can also backorder goods (saves having to keep checking on the website to see if your item is back in yet) You get discounts on your orders (Repeat customer & VIP discounts which go up in % the more you've spent with them) & they regularly have postage discounts/category discounts as well as midweek/weekend deals. I use a few different suppliers & 8seasons are always my first choice.

8 seasons est un site fabuleux pour acheter des perles entre-autres, des apprets, avec un choix inepuisable a faire tourner la tete, des prix tres abordables, des delais de livraison tres correct, sachant que c'est expedie de Chine, un service clients tres pro et a l'ecoute, les perles correspondent aux photos,ce qui est parfois loiin d'etre le cas avec d'autres sites, bref un site tres serieux que je recommande, grace a eux on peut fabriquer de beaux bijoux, faire de jolis cadeaux sans se ruiner, ils ont aussi de la laine, a tricoter, fils a crocheter aussi, des centaines de milliers d'articles, difficile de ne pas trouver son bonheur sur leur site et si ce n'est pas le cas ils essaient de vous procurer ce que vous rechercher...

First the good news: 8 Seasons has amazing prices and beauriful beads. Their cutomer service is immediate and thoughtful. The onky negatove I can think of is how long it takes to get your order. Even coming from New York, the orders take weeks, but the prices are so worth it.

I have ordered three times now and have been very happy with the quality of the items I have purchased from 8 seasons. Even when there was an issue with a lost parcel, their customer service rep. helped me get the needed items in time for the event I was to do. Now, with shipping out of the New York, USA warehouse, the shipping time is 1/2 the time it took when they ship from China to the US! This is perfect as it allows me to order items on a shorter notice without fear of not getting them on time. Ordered from the NY, USA warehouse On the 18th of April...parcel arrived the 22nd of April! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend!
