Massive scammers. I requested a withdraw of $100, I received $50… after checking my withdraw status, they “refunded” the other $50 to a bank account that doesn’t even belong to me. I never signed up with it OR used the account to deposit. Seems to me, they can manipulate a “refund” transaction and put whatever card details or bank accounts they want!!! Massive scam and fraudulent. No support that’s even remotely human or professionally capable to run a business. These businesses crash when they have potential. This game COULD have made them money in the long run but they obviously chose a quick “idgaf” method to run this scam of an app. Just avoid it, plus the games are ran against hacking methods. You’ll either lose, or be scammed on withdraw process.

I have lost so many coins due to app crashes. Adverts kill games and just what could be a good game is riddled with game stopping and having to re load the game.

I agree that this site is rife with cheats. For the last 4 days I am continually paired with cheats. They clear a table within seconds, making impossible shots. I have lost over 100k in coins within the last few days to these cheats. They are stealing my coins. I have taken screenshots of the offenders and sent them to miniclip so they can identify the culprits and monitor their activity but they just send the same old generic reply. Today, every other game I play are cheats. This is not enjoyable and not fairplay. I will make enquiries to the gaming commission because Miniclips have no interest in Customer Experience. They are taking our money from inapp purchasing etc, but not bothered when I loose 100k (coins) to cheats.

8 Ball Pool is trash. You don’t even get matched against players with the same rank as you. The matchmaking is completely unfair and makes the game way less fun.

As a MAJOR GOOGLE & TrustPilot Reviewer, I'm happy to share! I am truly DISGUSTED with this game by Miniclip which is COMPLETELY EFFED UP!!!!! CHEATERS prey on others taking away ALL THE FUN this game is supposed to be! I have spent 100's of dollars investing in coins, cash and other items, only to CONSTANTLY be SCAMMED by other players who use the GOLD HADES CUE and BILLION COIN CUES to make absolutely impossible shots on a pool table which I have played the REAL thing since I was a little kid! So I KNOW what and what CAN"T be done on a pool table! Making shots aiming away from the ball and hitting it BACKWARDS and miraculously sinking the ball into a pocket not even close to the target ball and with other balls in the way, having 1 ball directly in front of your ball and sinking it into a pocket on the opposite end of the table, and the best one yet....clearing off stripes or solids within 10-15 seconds without even taking a break and with plenty of other balls in the way!!!! I have contacted "customer service" LOL what a joke they are....they don't give a crap about CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE...THEY ENCOURAGE CHEATERS!!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! MY ADVICE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGGRAVATION AND AVOID THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAYBE THEN THEY'LL CHANGE THEIR FORMAT!!!!!!....OR MAYBE NOT.

Oplichting!! Spel gewonnen.... nee toch niet: tegenstander krijgt de coins!!!! Zonder reden opent ineens een spel voor 50000coins.... rara wie wint!! Spelletje aan het winnen.... nee want dán is de 'connection slow' en is jouw beurt voorbij!!! .... Dit is nu eens pure afzetterij! Eigenaars van dit spel horen in de gevangenis! Weg ermee!! Nooit meer!

Sarebbe un gioco bello e rilassante, ma soprattutto quando si gioca per una posta più alta è facile beccare il giocatore che truffa. Cioè si gioca contro un computer e quindi è partita persa.Non so se dall'altra parte c'è davvero un giocatore che truffa o è il sistema stesso che vuole farti perdere.Segnalo sempre quando mi capita di giocare contro un computer, ma non pongono nessun rimedio.Penso di disinstallare il gioco.
