It doesn't notify you if you've passed verification, and it takes a long time to pay you.
This casino verifies you but doesn't tell you if you passed the check; if you need anything, you have to go back to their website. It’s been over 10 days since I was verified, and they still haven't deposited my winnings or even refunded what I played. There are no emails, nothing at all—no way to communicate with them. There’s just a guide that’s a complete waste of time because it solves absolutely nothing. It’s terrible; I will never play here again in my life, I don't recommend it to anyone, and they really ought to be investigated.

Hi Maria, we’re sorry to hear that this experience has been frustrating. We’d like to clarify what happened with your redemption. Your ACH redemption was initially confirmed as successfully processed, but the funds were later returned by the receiving bank. Once we received confirmation of the return, the corresponding SC was credited back to your 7Sweep account so that you could submit a new redemption request. Our support team has also provided assistance regarding this issue and explained the next steps available to you. We understand that verification and redemption updates should be communicated as clearly as possible, and we appreciate your feedback. If you need any further help with submitting a new redemption request, our support team remains available to assist.
