HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Only time they communicate is for payments. Staff is rude and unprofessional. I disputed my transactions with them because they did nothing to help me. Then they send a threatening email to me about disputing the claims. Word of advice: Contact your bank and dispute, dispute, dispute! UPDATE*** After reading their response, it shoqws what liars they continue to be. Never had 18 negative items on my reports, only 13. They never attempted to call me either. SUCH LIARS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Roger, we take your concerns seriously, but encouraging clients to make false fraud claims to their banks is inappropriate. Any payment dispute should accurately describe the transaction and the services received. Our records show that we submitted disputes for more than 18 collection accounts on your credit report. Your account remains within the initial 90-day period, and we have continued updates scheduled on our calendar. We welcome the opportunity to review your concerns directly. Please call our office or email [email protected] so we can discuss your account and work toward a resolution. The email you received was also no threat, it was asking if we can resolve this issue for you. Since you do not want to answer your calls I can confirm your account was closed and we submitted all documents to your bank requested. You will not hear from our team moving forward.
