5472Direct is a self-service document preparation platform for foreign-owned single-member U.S. LLC owners who need to prepare Form 5472 and Pro Forma 1120. It is built for straightforward cases where a founder mainly wants a guided online workflow instead of a slow, expensive manual process. Customers enter their LLC and foreign owner information, import transactions through Plaid or add them manually, and generate IRS-ready PDF documents based on the information they provide. Eligible customers can also add IRS Direct Delivery and receive a delivery receipt after transmission is enabled. For customers who need more time, 5472Direct also offers a free Form 7004 extension workflow. Many founders discover this filing requirement only after forming a U.S. LLC, even though missing the deadline can lead to significant IRS penalties. 5472Direct is designed to make that process clearer, faster, and more accessible for standard situations. 5472Direct is not a CPA firm, law firm, or tax advisory service. It is a document preparation tool for certain foreign-owned single-member LLC filings, and users with complex ownership structures or tax judgment questions should work with a licensed CPA or tax advisor. Customers can contact the team at [email protected] for product support and help using the platform.

Excelent service. You can really see they care about each process. Specially for non-savy in tax related matters. It's a life saver. It's not just an automatic web we're you are left alone. In my case they reached out suggested some edits that I was missing and really helped in all the process. Great services and really recommended .

Thank you so much for the review, Marcos. It was a pleasure assisting you.
I had a really great experience using 5472Direct for my LLC filing. As someone running a U.S. company from outside the United States, the process can be quite confusing, especially with forms like 5472 and the pro forma 1120. I received excellent support from **Thibault**, who helped me through the process. The support was incredibly fast, clear, and efficient. Whenever I had a question, I received an almost immediate response, and everything was explained in a way that made the filing process much easier to understand. It made a big difference knowing someone knowledgeable was available to help, especially when dealing with U.S. tax requirements from a foreign country. Overall, the service was smooth, professional, and very efficient. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend 5472Direct to other foreign founders who need to handle their U.S. LLC compliance.
