I was a surprised with the communication I received from them, it was nice. When I placed my order I did not realize it came from China, so I was worried I wouldn’t get it! It took longer than I expected but I got the order and my husband loves it! Thanks!

I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! Thank you Peter for going above and beyond to make my experience a positive one !

Was very happy with the hat I ordered with an uploaded picture of my dog. Quality was perfect. My husband loved the hat. Be prepared for shipping delays if your ordering for a special reason. Its not the stores fault its the shipping industry in general.

Ordered a personalized t-shirt and hat. The tshirt came in time for Father’s Day, and he loves it! (He never likes anything I get him) I waited another week and a half, then dug through my emails till I found the original email. I was worried because it said the hat arrived with the shirt, but I got a response in less than 12 hours and found out the hat takes a little longer and will come shortly. A+ for customer service and another A+ for product
