I ordered an abs module, it was not the correct part for my car, I reached out to customer service and Hannah worked with me on returning the part and getting my refund in a timely manner. Even though it didn't work out for me, I did appreciate Hannah walking me through the return process and answering all my questions and concerns.

0 stars. We received a part that was damaged. We returned it with their approval but we’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund. We finally had to turn it over to our bank. I don’t recommend this business. They are not trustworthy.
